I am really not doing well mentally atm but I am working on it. I fixed my sleep schedule, I asked my stepmum to help me fold about 2 months of laundry. I am getting better. I only wish these fucking intrusive kastration thoughts would fuck off. Like.. for real. thats so unnecessary. brain pls.
