The earliest iteration of ICE was people in windbreakers with badges hanging around their necks and maybe pistols on their hips. That’s it. They were essentially process servers. How did they go from that to faceless tactical SWAT teams with no impulse control and a god complex?

For two excruciating years, I have called for the return of the hostages brutally kidnapped on October 7th and held in Gaza.
