It's time to buy too many cherry tomatoes, slow roast them à la @smittenkitchen.bsky.social, and freeze them to toss them in soups, salads, and pastas all winter long, or until we run out.

A baking sheet topped with crinkled white parchment paper holds mixed varieties of cherry tomatoes. Some are yellow, some orange, some red and some purple. All are cut in half, cut side up. They are arranged haphazardly. The cherry tomatoes, still on their baking sheet and paper, after their long slow bake They appear rather diminished and shriveled, and not nearly as tasty as they are.

Virgo new moon = actually dealing with a bunch of fermentation projects, and even *labeling* them. Watch out, world! I have one (1) Executive Function and I'm going to ride it until the wheels fall off.

Star Trek The Next Generation scene and we're on 'da bridge, down near the laid back chairs where one would navigate the ship. But the bridge is EMPTY OF OTHERS except for Dr Crusher.
