Federal Judges have a very real and well-established reason to fear doxing and violence and yet I doubt anyone thinks it would be acceptable for them to preside from the bench in a hood.

A federal judge ordered the release of two Venezuelan men accused of assaulting a federal immigration officer last month outside a north Minneapolis duplex.

But they never made it outside the St. Paul courthouse. ICE detained them again, without explanation, after the hearing.

Wyden has a bill and has been putting pressure on Treasury to release records/files it's been hiding away regarding Epstein. There's no reason Bessent should be hiding financial records, tell congress to get those records.
I always assume you start first with following the money, and Senator Ron Wyden is doing that.

I also think "he was literally selling pardons, none of these are legitimate" is a great message.
we should proceed with prosecutions with the presumption that the president cannot pardon crimes he ordered to occur while simultaneously advancing court-packing legislation.
It's so cool how we just accept that federal accountability is dead and the president will just pardon any federal crimes as easily as he pardoned everyone for January 6, and we just live with this fact instead of tearing down the rest of the White House around him.

Intimidation is an age old tactic to qualm public dissent and outrage.

This Administration is going after public figures to encourage the American people to self-censor.

But we will not be silenced, and we will not accept this violation of our First Amendment Rights.

So, the US + Russia knew about the energy truce on the Sunday of the 1st peace talks, yet Umerov and his team didn't understand it.

It's either a giant clusterf**k by Zelenskyy's team, or Russia and the US colluding - perhaps Russia supplied Witkoff's translator again?

Rather than "shoot first, ask questions later," Trump's DHS follows instructions to "shoot first, deny what happened."

It should come as no surprise to anyone who has some sense of the reality of America under Trump that the DHS claims about shooting two dangerous criminals in Portland are false.
