Amen to that (from an NY-registered Democrat who ALWAYS votes in primaries)
He said that. With no fear, no worry. How does one ‘reform’ this, @schumer.senate.gov ? I’m curious.

We’re going to make sure they’re known throughout the land as heroes. We’re going to guarantee they win both the undying adoration of their communities and also elected office. Believe us when we say that their faces and names will be enshrined forevermore on monuments celebrating their bravery.
TOM HOMAN: “We’re going to create a database where those people that are arrested for interference, impeding and assault, we’re going to make them famous. We’re going to put their face on TV. We’re going to let their employers, in their neighborhoods, in their schools, know who these people are.”

This is what they've done.
In October, ICE grabbed Maher Tarabishi.

He was a 24/7 caregiver for his disabled son Wael.

At the time of Maher’s detention, disability advocates warned that taking away Wael’s caregiver put his life at risk.

Wael died on Friday at age 30.

ICE caused his death.

They didn’t get to say goodbye.
Disabled son of ICE detainee dies after 30 days of hospitalization
It had been months since Wael Tarabishi seen his father. The family is calling on ICE to release Maher Tarabishi so he may attend his son's funeral.

The lull is over. More loud bangs. More tear gas. More people coughing.

"They just don't know anything between ego and panic," one woman is saying.

She said someone threw a plastic bottle near ICE agents and that's what set off the latest bangs.

Does anybody ever unblock anybody on this site? I'd tend to think that would basically not happen, especially for us hoi polloi, but I'm kind of curious what the general experiences have been.

Just murdering people
This is what they've done.
🚨WHOA. The El Paso Medical Examiner says it will rule the death of a 55-year-old Cuban man at ICE's "Camp East Montana" tent camp as a homicide.

He was allegedly choked to death by a guard during a "struggle" after he refused to enter a housing unit without his medications.
