This is a reasonable question.
If telling the troops not to follow illegal orders is “sedition,” what do we call colluding with the Kremlin to manipulate the U.S. President into advancing Russian interests over America’s?

This is by far the best piece I've read on MTG's metamorphosis. Sharing it after reading another dumb take claiming that she's motivated by nothing other than cynicism and ambition. She's ambitious, yes, and crazy. But something has genuinely happened, too. www.theatlantic.com/ideas/2025/1...

My Thanksgiving crow-eating column is the second most read thing across McClatchy's news sites after a story about Miss Universe in Spanish. Maybe this should become an annual thing. www.kansascity.com/opinion/arti...

Every Trump Administration quote to mainstream media outlets is reminiscent of the "to the pain" scene from THE PRINCESS BRIDE. "I'll explain, but I'll use small words so that you understand, you warthog-faced buffoon." Probably serves a similar purpose. www.youtube.com/watch?v=wUJc...

I don't know. It is perhaps more important to readers than most of the sturm and drang that gets comment in Washington. I know I would be happier with paper towels. Those hand dryers spray germs everywhere.
Democracy dies in dampness
At this point, the Washpost edit page is just trolling its readers.

This is today's actual house editorial.

Pass the Pelosi Act
Right before Trump paused tariffs, MTG purchased lots of stock, that then went soaring in value the next day based on the move by Trump.

Members of Congress should not be trading stocks. They get inside information that affects the value and it's sleazy.
