i promise i'll stop asking after this, but my top surgery is on tuesday and i just got my anaesthetist quote and it's the worst case scenario, so getting to my goal would be really nice! i know everyone is struggling right now, but you only get top surgery once

It's fascinating to me how different things cause different kinds of fatigue. My regular all-the-time fatigue is very heavy, bones-made-of concrete shit. But I broke my foot a few weeks ago, and this shaky, drenched-in-sweat, overclocked-muscle fatigue is really something else! #NEISVoid
