I'm gonna have to be very careful not to pass out & be alert for a Myasthenic crisis. I'm already in Myasthenic Exacerbation. My POTS has been chiming in as well. Last time it was because I became too Hypothyroid due to lack of care. I wouldn't be surprised if that's the case now being out of range.
