Often on Saturdays, I take Little Dog over to walk at Chapungu Sculpture Park next to the Shops at Centerra Mall.
We head over today, completely forgetting that it almost Christmas.
It was CRAZY!!!! Cars full of people were streaming in.
LD was loving all the people. She is very friendly.

I always say that if the homes in some area are super cheap, there is a reason why ... no one wants to live there.
There are no jobs at the post office. There are no jobs other than farm labor, the schools suck, there are no hospitals or grocery stores, etc.

If you want to do something like this, why not buy a $150k home in a small town in Italy, France, Spain, or Mexico, instead of having nine people share one bathroom after they eat at a restaurant called "Stinky's?"

In the back of my mind, I realize that managing a single family resident is going to be too overwhelming in a few years.
So, I go and look at some new townhomes near me. They want $50K more than what my house is worth, no yard, neighbors attached on both sides, $250 HOA fees.
Yikes.
