I'm not a lawyer, nor am I advocating for this as a response. But would there be any legal defense for someone to shoot a paintball gun at an ICE agent who fires less than lethal rounds at protestors? Genuinely curious.

It's been a few days now, but I am sick of hearing that Charlie Kirk advocated for political discourse. The very last action of his life was attempting to deflect an argument that was exposing his bigotry. Which is the opposite of real discourse.

It's times like this I realize I need to completely avoid Twitter because I accidentally find myself falling for a lot of speculatory posts about the shooter being a conservative when we're all going off on the same limited data. Hopefully, we get more info soon.
