Trumper says the Trump is treating Russia - the mass murderuus invader of Ukraine - and Ukraine "equally." That is utterly false. But it would also be reprehensible even if it was true.
Leavitt: "Any idea that the USA is not engaging in both sides equally to bring this war to an end is a complete fallacy…That could not be furthest from the truth."

I don’t know, Karoline. In my opinion, the fact that you can’t tell apart the victim and the aggressor is the whole freaking PROBLEM!

There's a right wing propagandist on Xitter saying she expects Andrew Bailey to be promoted into DOJ shortly.

I would not be surprised if Trump fired Bondi over this, it was totally incompetent.
Understand that the Halligan thing is 100% Pam Bondi's fuck-up. She could have appointed Halligan Special Attorney and this thing would still be alive.

So it's not just that HALLIGAN is an incompetent bigot.

It's that Bondi is too.

I continue to believe that what’s in the files is irrelevant, because he knows what should be in them. Backup possibility: he has been blackmailing people by telling them there’s stuff about them in there, and it’ll come out that there isn’t, and then they will be weapons free.
Man, whatever's in those files, it must be pretty horrible
Really looks like the United States is about to launch a regime change war against Venezuela with:

-No casus belli
-No authorization from Congress
-No allies or international support
-No plan for a post-Maduro Venezuela
-No preparation for any sort of stabilization or containment of the fallout

Democratic lawyer Marc Elias said his election litigation boutique, Elias Law Firm, has been growing quickly in head count and demand since he launched it four years ago, partly thanks to a surge in litigation over voting rights and redistricting over the last year. www.law.com/newyorklawjo...
Marc Elias' Boutique Sees Rising Demand, Head Count, as Political Litigation Ramps Up| Law.com
The boutique has grown to 62 total attorneys since its founding in 2021, an increase Elias credited largely to redistricting fights at the state level.

If DOJ appeals, even if it wins, it will still have to overcome other landmines in the case, including whether the grand jury actually voted on the indictment.

If it doesn’t, it will be stuck with a court-appointed U.S. attorney who might not be inclined to indict either Comey or James again.
Leavitt: “We believe the attorney in this case, Lindsey Halligan, is not only extremely qualified…but she was in fact legally appointed. And I know the DOJ will be appealing this in very short order.”

Over many interviews, Robert F. Kennedy Jr. told Michael Scherer about how he plans to remake America’s public-health system. Can he lead the scientific establishment he’s spent much of his life crusading against?
