For people who have never seen the way ICE and cops more generally behave at memorials for those they kill, this guy is a great representative of what they do.
Whether it's cops shooting up the grave of Fred Hampton or just destroying candles and chalk, they take your mourning as an insult.

ICE only has about 20-30,000 employees nationwide. Including desk jobs so there's even fewer armed. It's smaller than the NYPD.
There's a reason they do their mega raids on one or two cities at a time, and it's not optics. It's because that's all the dudes they've got.
