I like the idea of keeping bullies at home, but this being Tennessee I’d bet a dollar it ends up just targeting bullied minorities the second they fight back.

The “pattern” mentioned here is intentional bullet wounds in the heads of Gazan children, shot by Israeli soldiers who will face no repercussions and admit to being told to shoot to kill on sight.
