Print is a rent strike.
It’s going to sound quaint, but the best way to resist an AI takeover of the humanities is to assign physical books, sit around, read them, and argue about ideas. Academic has become such a competitive arena, that we ourselves are trained to look for the winning angle, instead of the best education.

Got outside this morning. Saw some sun. Saw some gulls. Saw some frozen lake bits. Saw some weird ducks. It was a good morning. (Camera wasn’t happy about the light, distance, and cold, but 🤷🏻‍♀️).

You deserve access to abortion care if you are pregnant and do not want to be. Full stop.

Your reasons are your reasons and they are good enough.

Abortion is healthcare and everyone deserves healthcare access.
You don’t need a traumatic or tragic story to deserve abortion care.

I'm convinced AI is our generation's radium - a discovery with genuinely useful applications in specific, controlled circumstances that we stupidly put in everything from kid's toys to toothpaste until we realised the harm far too late where future generations will ask if we were out of our minds.
