I couldn't really sleep last night, then I was having stress dreams and nightmares about an evil nun chasing me. Just like the conjuring.

Every car made today is an incredibly sophisticated computer on wheels. Really unfortunate that there is simply no solution to having it die because one (1) little overhead light was left on overnight.

Despite being a pretty decent cook and baker, I cannot meal plan at all.

I hate every bit of it.

I don’t want to be locked into making things on specific days. I’m lucky if I have a vague idea of what I’m cooking each week.

I don’t know how people do that for a whole month.

Another older watercolour drawing showing St Edward's Passage in Cambridge next to the Arts Theatre and David's Bookshop when it had a shop on that side of the church (now it only has one on the other side)

An older watercolour drawing from when I used to make frequent trips to sketch in London. This shows the Embankment with lots of pigeons, a pavement artist and a couple of Japanese young women on one of the benches. This was sold at an exhibition.

I'm not into coin collecting, but...

The Austrian Mint just started releasing an astrology silver coin series this month. First sign is Capricorn. They picked a pretty random order.

Each coin also has a gemstone on the tails side. Rose quartz for Capricorn. Interestingly they put Capricorn as...

Donald Trump's idiotic proposal to sell off California's coasts to his Big Oil donors is dead in the water.

We will not stand by as our coastal economy and communities are put in danger.

Before the midterms of 1866, President Andrew Johnson called his congressional opponents traitors and said they should be hanged.

Voters were so profoundly moved by his words... that they gave his opponents a supermajority in Congress, and the nation got the Fourteenth Amendment.

Do you really think a Department of Justice that lies to judges about grand jury indictments is going to be open and honest about the Epstein Files?
