Tommaso Ciampa felt like a bigger deal just walking to the ring for AEW than he had in YEARS in WWE. Good for him! Here's to AEW's greater freedom and flexibility helping him find his mojo.

I had a small health scare late last month. Edema in my feet, legs, and hands had me all puffy and haggard and convinced I was about to keel over. I'm fine now! I was just feeling the consequences of eating super poorly and guzzling energy drinks (plural) on the daily. Still. What a wake up call.
