Write amicus briefs to SCOTUS.
Question 25:
Brag on yourself.
There’s something you do better than literally everyone else. What is it?

It’s like they just can’t resist subjecting us all to another 12-point plan.
Fact is, Epstein is the *only* issue impervious to Trump/GOP messaging tactics.

That's why Trump & MAGA keep freaking out—they literally don't know what to do when lying, misdirection, and demagoguery don't work. So they flail around, making it worse.

Dropping it would be political malpractice.
The usual suspects are telling Dems that Epstein won’t win elections, get back to “affordability” and I think my head might explode. www.offmessage.net/p/force-a-re...

How many clocks for him to renounce the presidency. A weary nation wants to know.
"It was tough to beat Apple, but the Swiss did it." said one administration official.

I tend to believe that the Dersh does these interviews because someone’s paying him. Not the TV networks. Somebody else.

Why else would he bring his hands so dang close to the woodchipper like this.
Dershowitz: The predecessor on your show described Epstein as a convicted pedophile. He pleaded guilty to one count of having sex for money with a 17-year-and-10-month-old person. That’s not a pedophile.

I don’t understand this take. Aren’t these emails curated for mentions of Trump?

Like he’s gonna be mentioned or somehow implicated in every email.
somehow Trump appears in Epstein's emails more than Epstein himself

Hardest same-day pivot to navigate in appellate law: oral argument in the morning, bankruptcy brief in the afternoon.

Change my mind.

No, no, no.

No, no.

No.

Trump had the “concepts” of a plan last year. The window for concepts is closed.
NEW: As health insurance bills rise, Republicans are still seeking an Obamacare alternative

There is no legislative product yet.

No consensus in the party about a plan.

But top GOP lawmakers and policy figures on Capitol Hill have begun discussing concepts.

I get AI thoughts/concepts from clients in every one of my cases. They are always wildly off-base.
Without disclosing anything specific: Have any other lawyers seen a giant uptick in people sending in ChatGPT summaries of their potential claims, or things like a “counsel retention packet”?

I’d be very interested to hear how others are handling this—we tend to see it as a red flag.

Do enough litigation and you realize that most people are positively moronic about what they put in their emails.
of all the atrocities these emails likely allude to, it's still amazing that 'elites' write awful things *in emails*. so above the law, so convinced of their rectitude, so conditioned to impunity.

The trouble is they hired a real honest-to-goodness great actor to play Bond and it was really awesome.

Now they're thinking they need honest-to-goodness writing.
James Bond’s death in No Time to Die is causing a nightmare for the next film. Writers are stuck because Bond “was blown to pieces.”

Anthony Horowitz, author of three 007 novels, says:

“You can't have him wake up in shower and saying it was all a dream."

Hollywood, I say this all the time but Bradly Whitford is epically, criminally underused and now we’re gonna have words.

What you do is put him in your show, movie, whatever, and let the awesomeness explode.

Just a reminder that as much as we work with fancy words, appellate lawyers have to learn to be masters of understatement.

When we call your brief "strong," that mean its will literally knock the paint off walls.

When Elon started DOGE, I honestly thought he was coming from a decent place and wouldn't use the opportunity to corruptly enrich himself.

He's the world's richest man, I figured. Why would he seek more through corruption? Why would he even care about money?

Guess I was wrong.
Elon Musk wants a pay package worth $1 trillion.

But an emerging group of opponents argue the package is excessive, and some say Musk’s political and side ventures have put the company at risk.
