About 8 years ago I had a measles titer test because there was that California church outbreak and I was planning a trip out that way. Turns out I needed a booster because my 1980s immunity had waned. If you use retinol/supplement fiber, get this test and get boosted if needed

This year was only San Diego, San Francisco, Chicago, Orlando, and Gatlinburg (loading) and I think I’ve subconsciously decided that I need to rotate between west coast and international based on my airport. So I’ll have to talk to the kiddo about whether 2027 is a coast or international year

I think Quebec, NYC, Orlando, and Chicago are my summer 2026 destinations. Pretty sure that’s it…but no guarantees I won’t add a quick weekend to someplace in driving distance

You know what I don’t need? A backyard goat. You know what I have been researching? Backyard goats (because I found out they’re social creatures). But my municipality doesn’t allow it with my zoning, so no backyard goats, sheep, or chickens for me. Sometimes you gotta just go down that rabbit hole
