Albanese is talking bullshit. Unless they're dual citizens. Australian citizens who are Jewish and don't have Israeli citizenship only have one head of state - King Charles III. Dual nationals can't run for Parliament.
If the president of Israel is the head of state of all Jewish people, how does that allow for Jewish MPs sitting in parliament being compatible with section 44 of the constitution? Or is it the case that you're talking bollocks and that "Jewish" and "Israeli" are not the same thing?
