Mario Movie '93 is not a "good" movie but it is an interesting one and i think that means a lot. It's weird, and unhinged especially in retrospect for how Nintendo micromanages their brand (this movie largely being the reason why they do). For that I do enjoy it more than the animated one.
No one will ever convince me that the original Mario movie is better than the recent one we got. Feel like memes and internet culture really gaslit some into genuinely believing that. Or just to be contrarians.

<i lean in really close to the mic> the 2001 PotA is a solid 7/10 action-adventure film with some incredible makeup and set design work that really put a lot of thought and effort into realizing a world populated by intelligent arboreal primates, it is pure pulp scifi fun and excitement
It's cute that they think anyone wants the 2001 remake.

"Dreamcast", a haiku

Each day he rises.
Asks me, "Is it still launch day?"
"Yes," I lie. "Always."

I've literally never broken a controller. I'm built different.

Though I did have a cheapass MadKatz N64 controller which had the control stick physically snap on me in the middle of playing Majora's Mask. But i'm putting that on MadKatz!
What was your first controller breaking game experience?

Me? Mega Man 2. Wiley's castle. 10 year old me was not up to snuff. I was so angy.

Yes to both: "McCloud" was taken from Connor MacLeod from Highlander. Falco's name was inspired by italian special effects/makeup effects artist, Carlo Rambaldi.

Sunny Queso (orange cat) always does this with Rufio (dark tabby cat). They get along most of the time but he always has to stalk him across the room.

I was introduced to Sword and Fairy through a fan translated original release (sadly never finished), by a good friend. Chinese Paladin is one of the most respectable video game series made in China, all it takes is a wikipedia search to find out at least a little more about it!
I really hate how games media handles anything out of China: www.thegamer.com/clair-obscur...

We're getting a gorgeous remake of one of their best RPGs ever, but the clown does zero research about it and just goes "I'm getting a lot of Boss Baby vibes from this..."
We've Got Our First Clair Obscur-like, And It's A Chinese Game Called Sword And Fairy 4: Remake
Some shots almost looks like a Clair Obscur DLC.
