A month ago Lib Dems would not have been mentioned in these headlines

Analysis by @johnspringford.bsky.social, an associate fellow at the @centreeuropeanref.bsky.social, is more optimistic, predicting a GDP boost of between 0.3 & 0.7 % over 10 years as a result of the agreement. The biggest uplifts, he claims, would come from a youth mobility deal.

Trump never had a fan base.

He had an army of bots who sold his racism and misogyny and xenophobia to uneducated Americans who took voting advice from bald eagle profiles posting Tweets from Eastern Europe.

It’s as stupid as it sounds.

🔥 Rachel Reeves says there’s a “hole” in the public finances.

A new decade-long Brexit study quantifies it:

A 6–8% hit to GDP

That's £180bn-£240bn a year

It means less tax revenue and so less money for everything.

Brexit made Britain MUCH poorer.
