Suddenly interest from Jack at the next table when breakfast arrived....

I've eaten Lidl Deluxe Creamy Coleslaw for years. This 'new look' one is definitely NOT the 'same great taste' owing to the presence of something called 'liquid sugar' AND 'sugar syrup'!? It tastes sweet - utterly horrific and I ended up scraping it into the bin. WHO puts sugar into coleslaw FFS??!

I'm genuinely fed up of constantly intense politics and the news being dominated by the words and actions of absolute scumbags... These f**kers need to realise they're here to serve us, then shut up and get on with it.

Yes... I had both the Cajun pork sandwich (on ciabatta with chorizo, emmental cheese, sweet and spicy pickles and apple mustard) AND the smoked haddock, bacon and clam chowder, (with herb oil, sourdough croutons and dill)... #hiddenhut

Our ancestors lived here, on these cliffs, 1000 years before Jesus was born...

Fantastic news.
The Erasmus programme was what I was a part of when I was a student & exchanged with a university in France. One of the best things I have ever done & changed my life.
EXCL: An agreement to rejoin Erasmus – the EU’s student exchange programme – set to be announced on Wednesday as part of UK government’s drive towards closer relations with Brussels.

⚠️ Stand-off in Sheringham: Local campaigners have spent the past three nights camping out overnight in an extraordinary bid to save a 1950s Streamline Moderne style bus shelter in Norfolk, thwarting council contractors who attempted to demolish the structure at 2am.

It's decided.

Europe is closing the tap on Russian fossil fuels once and for all.

Energy independence starts now.

'A Wiltsire Landscape,' (1928) casts up an early morning mood - a magic realm. By the time of this work, William Nicholson had married Edie Stuart-Wortley and moved to the Old Manor House in the village of Sutton Veny in Wiltshire.

Portrait Artist of the Year judging.. '..it doesn't need that precise likeness...'.
YES IT DOES. When i'm expecting a portrait of Beth Rigby, I don't expect a picture of Bamber Gascoigne or a box of cornflakes with eyes to win the day. New judges PLEEEEASE!!

Reminds me of the River Fowey at Respryn woods...
'Rusty Stream and White Pebbles,' was painted in the late autumn of 1921, a year after Félix Vallotton chose to spend his winter months in Cagnes. Used to the low, grey skies of Normandy, he was struck by the brilliance of the light in this part of France.
