Quite honestly, having seen what they are capable of (well, I’m sure we have only seen the smallest bit of their absolute self-absorption), does anyone think she wouldn’t do something like this and enjoy every second of it?

These efforts are pretty awesome. They digitized many of the church records where my Grandmum is from in Britain. Fascinating to trace one’s family back, and back, and back.
Thanks to Heritage Council funding, digital versions of these parish registers will soon be online. And the precious records of St Luke's Douglas can move from a damp old building to a temperature-controlled archive. #Speirgorm #Ireland 🗃️

And while Kelly was a Navy flyer and Astronaut, Hegseth was someone’s problem who spent most of his time hugging a coffee pot complaining to the other fobbit LTs that the US army doesn’t allow them to use enlisted as their personal servants. There is no comparison.
I'm wondering if Kegseth is hell-bent on going after Mark Kelly because he outranked him. Small men do that kind of thing.

The military has a duty to refuse unlawful orders, but Congress has a duty to remove from office a president and secretary who would issue such orders. There is something off about members of Congress talking about the former while refusing to say the latter, the part that's actually their job here.

That's putting it extremely generously. Dunleavy has done one thing consistently throughout his time in Alaska -- steal public money and put it in his pockets. As governor, he has not only shown an inability to manage public funds or use them responsibly, he has refused to unless it benefits him.

Doesn’t that describe most of the wars we’ve launched since the 90s (at least)? OK, maybe we could always gin up some support in the past, but we are the laughing stock of the international community of nations at this point. What kind of morons would elect most of our politicians? Much less trump?
