I Cannot Unsee the Photos of the Tortured Palestinian Hostages Returned by Israel

@dianabuttu.bsky.social asks: Where is the outrage, the coverage even, of the mutilated Palestinian bodies that the Israelis finally released as part of this 'ceasefire' deal?

Where is the outrage, the coverage even, of the mutilated Palestinian bodies, with crushed legs and gunshot wounds to the head, that the Israelis finally released as part of this 'ceasefire' deal?

Let's Check In With People Who Threatened To Leave Zohran Mamdani's NYC | Defector
When Zohran Mamdani upset Andrew Cuomo to win the New York City Democratic mayoral primary in June, it led to a lot of histrionics. The usual fear tactics against a young Muslim democratic socialist…

That’s uhh insane.
New incredible detail here: ICE says a match in its facial recognition app Mobile Fortify is a "definitive" determination of a person's status, and that this overrides birth certificates. This is an app ICE is using in the field to scan people

This has taken down Graphisoft (ArchiCAD) as well. Having your whole office grind to a halt because of an outage on a service you don’t directly use is fun.

The Tea Party was a totally contrived astroturf psyop that dominated American politics for years. It was even obvious at the time, and yet we all had to talk about it seriously.
Here's a gift link to the New York Times' coverage of the initial Tea Party rallies in April 2009 which inspired the media to treat it like a massive movement.

Check out how tiny the crowds were:

Philly: 200
DC: "several hundred"
Boston: 500
Austin: 1,000
Houston: 2,000

Playing around w/ ArchiCAD 29’s LLM ‘help’ tool. I initially thought it might be able to automate things. Nope.
Well surely it can do something as basic as update project info? Oh, not that either?
Well they claim it can provide regulatory info surely it can give me basic setbacks? *sad horn*

Some of the strongest extremism reporters in the country live in this region; journalists who understand the culture of the Northwest and the history of activism here. Do it right this time okay?

A broader refusal of talent to work for Disney would be immensely disruptive. It's not just Star Wars and marvel. It's also 20th century studios, Pixar, and a plethora of other content.

A creative boycott of Disney would destroy them.
LOST writer-producer Damon Lindelof says he won’t work with Disney unless Kimmel js reinstated. I’m hearing other talent weighing similar pledges.
