Surrounding myself with good irl friends and experiences has helped balance this out lately but my 20s was rooough
I grabbed by twitter data and I'm about to close it after 10 years ...I spent way too much time addicted to that site even before it turned to shit
I wanted validation and attention - I realized that social media was bad for me, but I couldn't stop using it. I do use sm less now at least

It really sucks but I think I gotta cut a song from this album, it's just not working at the moment - hours and hours of work into a thing that never came together. Hopefully I can scrap segments for parts and ideas later :)

making art is all problem solving. in a broad sense I think art is our celebration of problem solving: that we can think and feel and deploy strategies to act upon our thoughts and feelings, and that we can observe and think about other peoples' strategies, towards their own aims.
