Not understanding USA's Thanksgiving. Why would turkeys who'd done nothing to anyone need to be pardoned & not killed? and why would a politician be allowed to pardon anyone for anything anyway? Meanwhile it's an ordinary day in Canada (Thanksgiving was in October)

Universities are in crisis, and I don’t think it’s helpful to phrase that as “exiting the market”. They’re not mid-range shoe shops, these are educational pillars in society
