With the caveat that it’s plausible that Detective Munch can travel seamlessly between multiverses as a sort of mythical creature (a good, compassionate, and effective member of the NYPD)
Upon careful* consideration, this is interesting, but respectfully no. The key with all these separate clusters is the known existence of discreet Jay Jackson characters. Until one of these clusters has a crossover, I think we have to remain within a multiverse.

There was a NYC “blackout” storyline that played across Mad About You, Friends, and a short-lived Dabney Coleman show called Madman of The People. The only other sitcom on NBC that night was Seinfeld which didn’t do the blackout story, making Seinfeld Sony Spider-Man?
Mad About You and Seinfeld had a crossover in the first season with Kramer and Mad About You and Friends had repeated crossovers with Ursula so basically the 90s NBC prime time schedule was the marvel universe
