DHS getting basic 4th Amendment law wrong on its official Twitter account.

Seems like this post is bound to show up as an exhibit in one of the cases challenging ICE/Border Control enforcement actions.

New tariff just dropped.

Americans set to pay an additional 10% tax on all goods from Germany, the UK, France, the Netherlands, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, and Finland.

It starts in two weeks, rising to 25% by June.

(Aside: A trade war with one EU country is a trade war with the entire EU).

“They're going to lose their immunity. They're not going to be able to drive. I will take your driver's license. Good luck walking to work, assholes.”

Sorry guys, but it’s FAFO time.

I’ll never get over this. Trump unfairly pardoned someone, they turned around and committed a new crime, and Trump pardoned them again.

You can commit any any crime you want as long as you have the money, power, and connections to get yourself a pardon.

Trump’s double pardon underscores sweeping use of clemency | CNN Politics
President Donald Trump has leaned into his presidential clemency powers much more aggressively in his second term –in fact, he’s pardoned one woman twice.

Realistically, the Nobel Peace Prize lost most of its legitimacy when it was awarded to Henry Kissinger in the 70s. If it can be awarded to the architect of decades of destabilization and civilian death, it no longer means “peace” in any capacity.
I think it’s basically time to retire the peace prize because it really is meaningless at this point. Another 100+ year-old tradition cheapened, wrecked, and discredited by the gauche garish gangster.

Phrases like “Child mortality crisis” have a tendency to downplay what’s really happening, we need to always call it what it is, “Genocide”. These children aren’t dying spontaneously, they are being murdered by a hostile invading force.

Investigating elected officials for speech is not law enforcement but intimidation. If governors and mayors can be investigated for criticizing federal actions, neither elected officials nor anyone else is truly free to speak. #holdfast
