Spotify, what makes you think that if haven't joined premium when it was 1 month for free, I am going to join for 2 months at 6.5 pounds?

Tbh I did join once but it did not change much on the control I had on the music my mobile would play, so, no thanks!

Maybe I was not able to make it work 🤨

Viral coinfections aren’t additive, order matters. Flu often blocks COVID via strong IFN responses, RSV can boost later flu, and each pairing triggers unique cell programs. Timing shapes outcomes for care and modeling.

I came to this country as a child refugee. No English, no certainty, no idea what my life could become. Britain gave me refuge.

Not on a timer, not with conditions attached, but with a chance to grow roots.

You say this as if it isn't the main way to set up strategies that actually work for you.

Stop trying to willpower these things. Just make it more inconvenient to impulse buy things and you will do it less. Seriously. That's the trick.

Works for doomscrolling, impulsive eating, and such too
One thing about having unmitigated ADHD and being fat and lazy as hell is that I can avoid impulse buying games merchandise bc my wallet is downstairs and I'm not Spheal rolling my ass downstairs to get my credit cards.

This morning I saw a student on the bus to università di Trieste. He got down one stop before me, walks faster, and was surprised to see me there when he arrived at the lecture room.

I explained that I had used a shortcut he wasn't aware of.

Not a bad analogy for how I do mathematics.
