Feds defended Trump’s January wind order as “temporary,” pending a review of wind farm permitting.

The “review” likely did not exist.

The judge slammed fed lawyers for saying the review is “underway” but failing to provide proof. A former fed employee told me that no review had started as of May.

This article barely mentions WHO will pay more when mileage standards are lowered. Every single person filling up their gas tanks more often. Who wins? The fossil fuel companies.
