The Trump administration is giving local police the power to act as immigration agents through the 287(g) program. But we don’t know how they’re trained, or who they’re targeting.

We filed FOIA requests for records related to immigration arrests, interrogations, and detention.

4. Why would a U.S. private equity firm (Affinity Partners) owned by a U.S. citizen (Jared Kushner) need to waive governance rights to avoid review by the Committee on FOREIGN INVESTMENT in the U.S.?

Because Paramount knows that Kushner's company is simply a vehicle for foreign influence.
Kushner and Saudis back hostile takeover of Hollywood giant
Jared Kushner is funneling $24 billion from Middle Eastern governments to back a hostile bid for Warner Bros. Discovery—all while advising President Trump on foreign policy.

This has largely been memory-holed but in Trump 1.0, he picked a big public trade fight with China. They retaliated by cutting off agriculture purchases, farmers got squeezed, Trump mailed them checks and had to go crawling back to Xi for a face-saving "deal".

Sound familiar?

Moreover, he levied this tax illegally and allocated the proceeds without the sanction of Congress.
The President of the United States unilaterally levied a tax on all of us and is redistributing our taxes to a core segment of his supporters.
Trump: "I'm delighted to announce this afternoon that the US will be taking a small portion of the hundreds of billions of dollars we receive in tariffs ... and we're going to be giving and providing it to the farmers in economic assistance. We love our farmers. The farmers like me ... $12 billion"

Not surprised.
During my tenure in conservation, you wouldn't believe how many guys bragged to me about poaching and illegal baiting. Not sure if it was more overcompensation for a micropenis or 'haha really put one over on the DNR, yuk yuk'.
Goddamn right I reported the morons.
Each year, a significant amount of federally protected wolves are illegally killed during deer-hunting season in Minnesota.

One study found that 44% of all illegally killed wolves were killed between Nov. 7-16, a 10 day window when deer hunting is in full swing. Read more: https://bit.ly/3XGCnju

No community should be forced to bear the weight of a system that profits from human suffering.

Private, for-profit prisons have no place in a fair and free democracy—and especially profiting off the suffering of an inhumane and undemocratic detention system.

Period.
