Denmark🇩🇰, Malta🇲🇹, and Sweden🇸🇪 led in the adoption of battery-only electric cars, with shares of 51.3%, 37.7%, and 34.9%, respectively. Conversely, Croatia🇭🇷, Slovakia🇸🇰, and Poland🇵🇱 had the lowest shares at 1.8%, 2.4%, and 3%👇

In 2024, the EU🇪🇺 saw 1.45mn new battery-only electric passenger cars registered, marking a 6.1% decline from the previous year's 1.55mn. This brought the total number of these cars to 5.9mn, reflecting a 32% increase compared to 2023's 4.4mn...

$158.8 bn (down almost $5 bn), liquid part $50.3 bn (up approx 1.5 bn)

Interesting that they sold about 5 tonnes of gold in September (now 173.1 tonnes). Yes, the price has gone up a lot, so maybe it was the time to realize some of that increase.

Palko was involved in exposing the famous case of “Reino Gikman”, a Soviet ‘illegal’ who had assumed various Finnish identities.

Acc. to Kimmo Rentola, he was able to evade arrest likely due to the treason of Aldrich Ames, the head of the CIA’s Russia department, who likely warned the KGB.
