Some advice, different reason:

Most PF players could stand to learn a thing or two about prioritizing damage mitigation for minimal personal damage increase/convenience at the cost of a dedicated healer's whole turn.

And it DID feel genuinely cool to get good at the climbing part of the runback, and satisfying to finally beat it!

But yeah it could have been... less of that.

Groal is the one thing I feel like TC went a bit too far with.

Because it's the only one, I kinda give it a pass and can even sort of appreciate it as that one memorable annoying thing of the game.

I'm not gonna go all "it sucking fits the narrative so it's good" on it, but it worked for me.

I'm so glad I picked Tyranids as my first army since the release of Contrasts. Even though I ended up putting in more work than the advertised battle-ready steps, contrasts are a great foundation and tool, and their usual problems are a lot less pronounced on messy, organic monsters!
