Remarkable how brutal the ruling against Trump on Abrego Garcia truly is: It details flagrant and malicious abuses of power all throughout. Trump and Stephen Miller were testing their ability to spread lawless state terror. But the court held the line. 1/

Fiasco for Trump as Judge Issues Harsh Rebuke in Abrego Garcia Case
Judge Paula Xinis’s ruling temporarily freed Kilmar Abrego Garcia from custody. It also savagely indicted Trump’s lawless handling of this whole affair from start to finish.

Calling the intellectually challenged "r****ds" is no different than calling African Americans "n****rs". In both cases, it denotes a profoundly ignorant bias, lack of respect and understanding on the part of the accuser.
Why Trump and these MAGA allies are trying to resurrect the 'r-word'

Trump is successfully reviving use of the so-called "r-word" (retarded), a term once widely used to describe people with intellectual disabilities that they and their advocates say has evolved into a slur.

ICE snatched a human rights hero.

Guan Heng risked his life to capture video of Uyghur concentration camps. After escaping to the U.S., Guan was in hiding for years, not knowing his work had been crucial to substantiating China's mass detention practices.

On Monday, he has an asylum hearing in NY.

I’m for tearing it down purely on national security grounds.

Trump is going to jam pack that thing with hidden cameras and microphones, as he does EVERYTHING he “builds” or owns.

Any administration that follows and keeps it standing would have to be insane or just plain blind to reality.
It is important to promise, now, that whatever Trump builds at the White House will be torn down as soon as he leaves.

1. Trump 1.0 was more corrupt than even Nixon.
2. Trump 2.0 is Trump 1.0, but to coin a phrase, ON STEROIDS.
3. Yet the challenge for Democrats is world weary cynicism that all politicians are the same.

Unforced errors like this reinforce 3 & are really bad for the party!
