'Yes, i got the idea for this well before Ian Fleming wrote the novel From Russia With Love, or the film was made - so, not a Rosa Klebbe flick knife in a shoe; a razor-edged instrument, a blade, in the corner of a gent's collar, which can be made to pop out without warning. Clever, isn't it?'
