This is a very important read, especially for Minnesotans who like to tell themselves our state "isn't like that" when it comes to medical disbelief and religious extremism.

If you're a Redditor (and I know I am) you should sub to reddit.com/r/comicsbyhumans and give yourself the treat of seeing comics and art made by human beings. I absolutely love it and it brings me such joy. It was started by @eastcoastitnotes.bsky.social if you need bonafides to sway you!

We absolutely, positively DO NOT need to learn to live with anyone who wants some of us FUCKING ERASED. Rowling & her money is doing real harm to trans men & women across the world and she needs to fuck off into the sun at her earliest opportunity. Do not pass go. Do not collect $200. Into the sun.
tricksyliesmith.bsky.social
oh no. no. absolutely the fuck not. fuck off.
a bullshit statement from Keira knightley saying she was not aware of a boycott against jk Rowling before taking a job on the new audio series and that she's "sorry" and "we're all going to have to figure out how to live together and we've all got very different opinions"
 She can fuck off.

It's like the hanging chad costumes! Woof.

I loved it, but I don't have any deep connection to the Alien franchise. I'm a casual enjoyer of the movies thus far, and found this series to be phenomenal. That said, I'm utterly adoring of Hawley's work, his stuff clicks for me.

29 years since I came out! Happy National Coming Out Day, friends.

North Hennepin Community College just sent me a mailer with my uncle's name and my address. He has also never lived here. What the fuck?!

Herself Health sent me a piece of marketing mail addressed to my dead grandmother at my house. She never lived here, she stopped living in Minnesota decades ago, and she died in 2022. What kind of gross lists are they buying for their marketing initiatives that this could happen?

"ripping a page right out of the authoritarian playbook" No, Madam Senator, he *is* an authoritarian. He's not borrowing from their playbook. He is the playbook. JFC, is no one with any power able to call things what they are without softening the message?? The media, Congress, pussyfooting around.

The President of the United States is openly seeking revenge on his political opponents.

First Jim Comey. Now Tish James. Anyone who seeks to hold Donald Trump accountable could be next.

Trump is ripping a page right out of the authoritarian handbook.

Oh I totally agree with you. There is absolutely no way AI can advance from where it is in the workforce without UBI to care for basic human need. But the proponent of AI advancing from where it is in the workforce are all so monstrously rich that they can't even imagine what it is to need.
