also note he calls it “generating electrons”. You can’t do that. You don’t even move them all that fast. But moneyman Sam Altman said it so he repeats it. And gas generation ain’t free even from other externalities like noise and pollution besides the enormous carbon cost.
This Yglesias piece in the NYT is horrifically bad. Almost every "fact" it cites is provably false. At best it is cocktail party banter from a pundit who knows nothing of energy. At worst, it was cut/paste from oil industry talking points. So, a rebuttal: www.nytimes.com/2025/12/18/o...

decades of fans whining for Scrubs to be included in a mainline game, excluding the tower defense mobile title Doctor Wars X-Omega that you can't even play anymore, when for some goddamn reason Dr. Dolittle (original), (remake), (second remake) have been mainstays for 3 titles in a row now
