My brain is trying to reconcile the fact that the holidays are almost upon us (mixed feelings), and the fact that some aspects of social media I do still follow are likely going to be quiet while everyone is doing whatever they do.

If you want a specific reason a lot of people fucking HATE both Jake and Paul Logan, they decided to descrate corpses in the Japan Suicide Forest on YouTube which caused a controversy. Which YouTube responded by stripping all small accounts of monetization and did not punish the Logans in any way.

I'm having that "If I had $100 I'd probably be weak and pick up a few Transformers" feeling because it's the holidays.
I checked a bit last night, and I'd have to amend that to "If I had $200, I could buy maybe 3 Transformers." Pricing really has rocketed up this year.

Considering the amount of time I spent on Switch with DoS2 getting my Larian legs under me, yes, absolutely, anyone with a Switch 2 should follow this upgrade path.
DOS2 is great! Definitely get the Switch version and upgrade it for free than the currently more expensive Switch 2 edition.
oh dang this is perfect timing for all the travel coming up, -and- the Switch 1 version is currently on sale with a free Switch 2 upgrade

Another one of those "it CAN'T have been that long already" things...but indeed, it has. One of those situations where the TV show pulled off a remix of the novels, changing certain plot points in a streamlining of some things, but it never felt compromised.
