Lots of military air traffic tonight in my usually fairly quiet neighborhood. Disturbing in an already distressed atmosphere in the nation’s capital.
My anxiety has been sky high this month, and I’m surprised I’m functioning as well as I am.
But this shit ain’t normal or right or just. 😔

what I’ve learned this week is that ppl want others to experience the same hardships as them.
the aspects of their life they hate, in an effort to vindicate their own experiences—they tell others this is the best way.
the interesting part tho, is most can only see it from their least painful side.
