I think they are actually referring to his disqualification on the 2024 World Championships, while you're referring to the 2024 Olympics.

He also didn't get physical there, but he did get suspended for a month

Chrono might be heading towards its largest startlist since 2010, when it had 33 riders starting.
2022 and 2018 had 29 riders, PCS currently has 27 riders on the 2025 startlist.

If it wasn't for Tarling riding Chrono, I'd pick Jeanniere

15-10

Bardiani: 55 (Giro del Veneto)
Solution Tech: 0 (Did not race today)

2025 points
Bardiani: 2536
Solution Tech: 2296

Gap in points: 240

It's not impossible for Solution Tech to claw this back, with two 1.Pro races and one 2.2 race still on their schedule. I don't see it happening, though.

I am ready to call this one. Practically, Total would need to win Chrono, Tour of Holland GC and 2 stages without Cofidis scoring any points the rest of the week to catch up. That's not happening.

15-10

Cofidis: 70 (Giro del Veneto) + 20 (Tour of Guangxi s2) = 90
Total: 0 (Tour of Holland s2)

2025 points
Cofidis: 7236
Total: 6958

Gap in points: 278

Exactly what Uno-X needed, outscoring Cofidis by 105 points in one of their final races. I'm not ready to call it just yet, but I'd be surprised if it still goes wrong for them.

15-10

Uno-X: 175 (Giro del Veneto)
Cofidis: 70 (Giro del Veneto) + 20 (Tour of Guangxi s2)= 90

Current total
Uno-X: 25.979
Cofidis: 25.563

Gap in points: 416

The still active one isn't exactly doing a great job this year either

Aranburu disrespect...

But when there's still a shitton of blue in the peloton and you're used to him being in white, he's easy to miss 😂

Sure, I can easily spot him in the last 200m, but I also like knowing where he is at 7k to go.

Can Merlier not wear the European Champs jersey for another year since Pog is not using it anyway? Made it way easier to identify him in the chaos of the sprint.
timqwe.bsky.social
Pfft, sprint finishes in the Netherlands are not for the faint of heart.
timqwe.bsky.social
Looks like a great result for Uno-X in Veneto with a podium and another top 15. Not sure there even was a Cofidis left in that bunch, I didn't see any.

We'll miss Van het Schip's tiny little steer next year #TourOfHolland

There's a 2.05m tall 17 year old on there? Lidl should sign him to their dev squad immediately!

Only 1.77m. Bad move in their quest to become the tallest team ever.

So the race for the last guaranteed wildcard now is officially between Cofidis and Total.
timqwe.bsky.social
Well, he's like twice your height, that's just bullying. Shame on him

Still think Del Toro signing with UAE means we're in the darkest timeline. Instead of being an Italian 1.1 bully, we could've had him do Flanders.
