Just when I thought that Bill Gates wanted to atone for the damage he caused by hooking the world on Windows, Word and Excel.
Eben in den Tagesthemen hatte ich nicht den Eindruck, dass er das Ende der regelbasierten Weltordnung bedaure - vielmehr konnte er seine Freude darüber kaum verbergen. Trotz seines Märchenonkel-Tons.
Erst war die Industrie gegen Ordnungsrecht und für den Emissionshandel. Jetzt möchten Gestalten wie der Evonik-Chef dieses marktwirtschaftliche Instrument auch abschaffen. Der Gedanke liegt nahe, dass das Bekenntnis zum Klimaschutz schon immer gelogen war.
