Enjoying The War Between The Land Snd Sea. The Aquas are fucking lucky they selected the right ordinary person to be the land’s ambassador though. The man’s middle aged, white and divorced. He could easily have started going on about vaccination conspiracies and cryptocurrency.

Just used the phrase "Chuckaroo Banzai" about a food item that needed to be thrown out. In case anyone needs a nerd reference to food today.

Watching the movie Fury.

Major: ‘How many Sherman’s did you bring?’

Sergeant: ‘Four.’

Major: ‘Shit. We need ten.’

Me, watching and punching the air:

Train delayed, I’ll get bus. Bus delayed, I’ll get uber. Uber will be fifteen minutes.
Ever had that feeling that some days there’s a force actively stopping you getting somewhere? An invisible sludge…

Saw a long hot water bottle round my friends’ house and it looked like a scene from Jim Henson’s Dune…

Squirrel update: took a little chestnut mushroom to the park and broke a bit off for my new pal (Wikipedia said they can eat fungus) but he wasn’t keen. Maybe he prefers shiitakes.

There’s a deep cosmic horror to Macbeth that I’m currently trying to process. He was doomed to kill Duncan even through he could have sat and waited, but he couldn’t because of his personality. Character defines fate, as the old Greek said, and that’s true, but it also means there’s no free will.

Lil guy came up to me again today. He’s only trying to feed his family in a cold season. I told him I had nothing but I’d bring him something tomorrow. Couple packs of noodles or something. 😊
This lil guy kept looking at me for about a minute or more while I worked out on the park. Nice to make friends.

Some TERF added me to their little Twitter list, not entirely sure why. I’ll take it as a compliment.

It’s been a hilarious day over there.
Twitter implemented a new feature last night that displayed the country an account is in. So many of the ‘America First’ accounts were from foreign countries that they had to disable the feature within hours. 🙄

Anyone else noticed this trend of silent adverts on Youtube? They pop up when you're listening to music on YT or an audio story. The idea is, I think, to make you think there's something wrong with your wifi and thus you'll look at the screen. Maybe I'm paranoid but I'm sure that's the damn plan.

It’s taken decades and countless frustrations for me to accept I am a terrible judge of character. And you know what? I think we probably all are. Some deep and final vanity beyond looks and intellect gets in the way.

I noticed Epstein’s email address hadn’t been removed from the new releases and so, in one of my more tasteless and ill-advised moves, I tried sending an email for a laugh and was surprised it didn’t bounce.
Sixteen hours later I got this reply and now I’m a bit creeped out.

I’d love someone to take all the famous alleged photos of Bigfoot and photoshop them into one single picture so that we can see the whole darn blurry-ass family.

They say our culture lacks coming-of-age rites but honestly I think a boy becomes a man when he realises Scorsese is superior to Tarantino.
