After a lifetime of working for them, giving money to them and voting for them, I just want democratsto start worrying about pleasing ME. But I'm always that girl in the meme while her boyfriend is staring at centrists from Wisconsin.
The Democratic establishment allows everyone to speak for them but themselves. The public doesn't really know what they stand for which is what happens when you're too worried about pleasing everyone.

Agents in Key Largo, Florida ripped this woman wearing medical scrubs out of her car as she screamed she is a US citizen. Agents cuffed her and put her in one of their cars.

A core problem for American liberalism is a constitutional inability to tell people who were important to the movement decades ago to go away because they're not relevant anymore.
