In my pursuit of @greenparty.org.uk history I've been reading the original PEOPLE party's Manifesto for Survival from 1974.
It already includes some familiar items like no whip, localism and UBI, which it calls the National Income.

I honestly think people just need to be exposed to the reality of Green politics, because most people don't understand it, and the party will just grow like a giant hogweed. 😁
