I'll be sharing some of the Christmas cards I made as I hand them out so the recipients don't see them early. I just gave this one to @skoomatrader.bsky.social - it's the kobold buddy the party made in our D&D campaign looking pretty miserable about having to haul the loot. Merry Christmas indeed.

With Ellis Peters' The Devil's Novice down, I can say I've read 19 books this year. I think I can probably get at least one more in in what looks like a very busy December. Once again the Cadfael books have impressed, so likely I'll be starting Dead Man's Ransom next. #booksky

Man, A Fistful of Dollars is such a dope-ass movie. I know its just Yojimbo but if you're gonna be a movie there are way worse movies to be.

I've finally taken the time to read the first four of Martha Wells' excellent Murderbot books and am starting book 7 of Ellis Peters' Cadfael books, The Sanctuary Sparrow. I remember really liking this story in the BBC show so I'm pretty excited. #booksky

"An unbelievably successful experiment in relentless stupidity," is perhaps the best description I can imagine for this film. Truly one of the best comedies I've ever seen and one I have been recommending to anyone who will listen since the moment I left the theater.
