You should be. Here's a drawing I did Of my duck this morning. I'm not courageous enough to use colors

I wasn't until deciding I wanted to do some Christmas cards to friends in color and borrowed my wife's colored pencils and evidently did alright lol. Your line weights and shading are so good! Absolutely adore the drawing!

Yes! They're all over by me and I love how unhinged their calls are. Excellent birds.

How else will we know what city New York is the American equivalent of any given week?

One of the greatest videos of all time. Perfection.

Given that you're the author of every sixth post I think you can say that with authority.

I need you to know how strongly Jerry Yes I usually am so you can better appreciate that this time I am firmly Jerry No.

There's a trope in Westerns that cowboys don't swear (partly because of extremely censorious laws in the US when they were popular and partly because later Westerns were making fun of this) so cowboys in media often say nonsense words instead. This is a nod to that but like, miHoYo'ed.

It rules. Evidently the new edition (is two parts) differs from the original but every bad review of it is "Why did he make it woke now" and he is rude to fascists so like, works for me. I've only read Vol. 1 but it was so good and so enlightening.

And to be clear I say that as someone who has played and loved D&D since 2e and thinks there are a lot of things it did right (and a lot it ditched over the years to its detriment).

Playing at the World by Jon Peterson fully radicalized me on the tech debt of D&D being a huge hurdle to designing popular TTRPGs. Some of the decisions they made were baffling but at the core I think D&D and its offshoots are still just mediocre tactics boardgames.

Just an absolute masterpiece.
