The silver lining is the Professor still has his faculty job, but this is explicitly viewpoint discrimination, a message that there is no such thing as faculty governance.
All admin must be aligned with a political party. For all the talk of leftist indoctrination, this is no different from China.

Univ. of Texas professor was dismissed from an administrative post overseeing university academic affairs because of ideological differences.

Texas is targeting professors who are more focused on pushing leftist ideologies rather than preparing students to lead our nation.

We must end indoctrination and return to education fundamentals at all levels of education.

This is the asymmetry in our politics and media. If this was the other way around, Biden had pardoned someone then charged with trying to kill Trump, it would be the biggest story in America and every Republican commentator, congressman, news outlet, would be screaming about it in unison.

The fact that mainstream media is now completely in the tank for fascist oligarchs means there protests are more important than ever.

People need to be reminded, regularly, how unpopular the MAGA regime is and how utterly unprecedented the danger is.

This is the East Wing of the White House that Trump is having demolished to build his gaudy Mar a Lago style ballroom.

A large, gray Volvo excavator with a pincer claw tears into the side of a white building, actively demolishing it and sending dust and debris into the air.
