sally the republican party's platform is actively trying to strip the civil rights of a half dozen minority groups.

that is fundamentally uncivil
All Republicans are uncivil in your view?
I don’t think that saying harmful things nicely is necessarily a virtue! But assuming it is: did he actually influence Republicans to follow suit? Did their rhetoric become more civil during his rise?

Kirk was not debating he was performing. And he was a good performer, a gifted demagogue who had his finger on the pulse of many young Americans, mostly white and male. Sitting in front of an ecstatic crowd aggressively batting down questions with pithy right wing maxims was a show not a debate.

Reps. Darrell Issa, R-Calif., and Rob Wittman, R-Va., and Sen. John Cornyn, R-Texas, have all voted for cuts to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau.

Yet collectively, they’ve routed more than 1,000 constituent complaints to the agency, ProPublica found.
These GOP Lawmakers Referred Constituents to the CFPB for Help. Then They Voted to Gut the Agency.
Many of the same Republican lawmakers who have targeted the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau for cuts have collectively directed thousands of constituents’ complaints about banks, credit cards,…

We are furious this is not getting the attention it deserves.

🚨Domestic terrorism on a federal institution.

Readers, please tag reporters, news organizations, ANYONE & ask them to cover this.

It could have been far worse.
And without leaders addressing the root causes, the risk remains.

This was an attack on a federal institution. An attack BECAUSE it is Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

This was domestic terrorism.

Why isn’t it getting more press coverage? Some coverage, not enough.

Domestic. Terrorism.

The CDC shooter was fixated on vaccine conspiracy theories. He shot at the CDC and killed a police officer. RFK Jr., through his antivax group, funded the pseudoscience propaganda film PIandemic, a key driver of false vaccine claims. It is beyond inappropriate for him to remain in office.

Republicans hate me because I fight hard and I refuse to be held back by norms and rules that the GOP ignore. If Republicans try to gerrymander another 5 seats in Texas, Democrats should gerrymander 30 more seats in states they control.
