I've been productive this week, even with kids home and even with feeling completely done emotionally. I made a pair of pajama pants entirely on my serger (first time ever, knits are terrifying to me), AND a stupidly cute lunchbox for Babygirl.

I just need ideas for pan sauces I can 90% of the way cook, then package up and freeze for fast dinners. But my brain believes this is a terrible idea and thus refuses.
