I have introduced or support several pieces of legislation to protect our communities, provide safe firearm storage and to limit rounds to prevent mass shootings. Let’s work together and get it done.

DOJ has sued Maine, Oregon, California, Michigan, Minnesota, New York, New Hampshire, Pennsylvania, Washington, Delaware, Maryland, New Mexico, Rhode Island, and Vermont for access to its most sensitive voter data.

My firm has moved to intervene in 10 of those cases. We are working on the last 4.

Please stop acting as if any of this is normal. If the illegal DOGE actions were being done with tanks and paramilitaries and bulldozers, there would be burnt out shells of buildings across DC and the nation. Please: use the tools at your disposal and force your brainwashed GOP colleagues to rejoin reality: Please THANK CORY BOOKER for filibustering and JOIN HIM next time. PLEASE: Consider these actions that Senate Dems and Independents could do that would force your GOP colleagues to work together or down tools: - Withdraw unanimous consent from all Senate business until constitutional rule was restored - make Quorum calls - Refuse to vote for any legislation until constitutional rule is restored - Boycott as a caucus until constitutional rule was restored I also urge you to obtain a copy of Project 2025 and start to be proactive. Hi hello the Venezuela stuff is entirely about oil, both in Venezuela and in Guyana (where Venezuela is laying claim to the oil in what is now Exxon’s largest oilfield, which Chevron has also bought into). It is the bidding of US oil majors and it’s not remotely subtle.

Janet Mills could make this less common by rescinding a LePage executive order that requires state police to work with immigration enforcement. She could even put a new one out to limit it.
